Professional background

I'm an independent business consultant with 35 years' experience across audit, financial leadership and practice ownership. My background includes articles with BDO Spencer Steward (Cape Town), 11 years as Financial Director and shareholder in a medium-sized sales/manufacturing company, 14 years building a tax and accounting practice, and 5 years as a director after the sale of that firm to a larger concern.

Today, I work independently, helping businesses understand performance, protect cash, improve margins, and build reliable systems that support growth.
